Bio of Frank and Skip George.

Frank and Skip have combined experience in the real estate and construction industry spanning the past fifty years.

Frank

After graduating from Stetson University in Deland, FL. started in construction in 1957 building homes and various commercial buildings. In 1963, he entered into the concrete business and developed Clearwater Concrete Industries, a US Homes subsidiary, into a 10 million dollar a year business. In 1976 he re-entered the home building and real estate business, developing subdivisions and constructing new homes. A licensed Real Estate Broker since 1977, Frank offers many years of experience to our customers.

Skip

A second generation Flordian, Skip graduated from Clearwater High School in 1968 and enlisted in the US Navy shortly afterwards in 1969. After serving his tour of duty in the Submarine Service as an Electrician's Mate, he continued his electrical career , obtaining a Master Electrician license in Florida and North Carolina. He later went to work for the US Postal Service, retiring after 20 years. After retiring Skip joined his Dad in real estate. During the summer and fall on weekends, you can find Skip on the Pinellas Trail, providing support to the "Viva Las Chicas" walking team, training for the 3-DAY walk in October. Skip and his wife are active in the fight against breast cancer.
